James "Jim" McFarland
Realtor
Jim is a lifelong
resident of the Missouri Ozarks and lives with his wife Cindy on the Northfork
of the White River in Ozark County. He helps clients through the maze of
purchasing and selling real estate with his extensive experience in residential
and commercial real estate development and ownership.
After
graduating from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Economics, McFarland owned and managed hotels and shopping centers and was a
custom home builder. Along the way, he started a small cattle and horse farm
near his hometown of West Plains in Howell County. After 35 years in real estate development, Jim
went on to work with West Plains R-7 schools and developmentally and
intellectually disabled adults.
Jim loves
the Ozarks and Ozarks real estate. Several years ago he and Cindy decided they
wanted to live on the water. In a span
of ten years, they toured over 30 properties along waterways in the Ozarks and finally
found what they were looking for on the Northfork of the White River. Jim’s goal
is to cut down the work of buying or selling your slice of the Ozarks and
United Country Missouri Ozarks Realty, Inc. helps him do just that.
Jim
McFarland is a man fully committed to the promotion and advancement of the
Ozarks and his neighbors. He is a joy to those around him and his eternal
optimism is infectious. He believes in his fellow man and that working together
there is nothing that we can’t overcome. His compassion plays out in everything
he does.
