Kimberly Grennan

Kimberly is a
native of the Missouri Ozarks and a third-generation Realtor. She is a graduate
of Missouri State University with a BS in Business Education. She grew up in
Howell County on a farm raising beef cattle, showing horses at local shows, and
helping with the family's organic garden. One of her favorite hobbies is
canoeing and fishing on our beautiful spring-fed Northfork of the White River
and boating on our Norfork and Bull Shoals lakes. She is very active in
the West Plains community, a current member of the Rotary Club, and has served
on the West Plains Chamber Board. Before returning home to West Plains,
Kimberly worked for a Fortune 500 Company. This experience gave her the
expertise to bring buyers and sellers together in all types of real estate
transactions. Kim specializes in real estate for sale in Howell County, Ozark
County, Shannon County, Douglas County, Wright County, Texas County, and Oregon
County.
Kimberly is recognized as an Area Real Estate Expert, with her vast knowledge and
experience in selling Multi-Million Dollar properties from Specialty Properties
such as large farms and ranches to commercial properties. Kim knows the
market and market values in all property types – Residential, Farms, Ranches,
Country Homes, Recreational, Timber, and Commercial Properties. She uses
various marketing tools that fit her client’s property type. Each property
owner gets a marketing plan that specifically meets their needs.
Kimberly has
consistently ranked in the Top 10 in the Nation in both Sales and
Listings. She is considered the area’s leader in West Plains and Mo
Ozarks Real Estate Sales! Kim attributes her success to loving what she
