history in this beautiful region, her connection runs deep—especially since her
father, Thomas F. Schilling, contributed to the community as a real estate
agent from 1987 to 1998. Debra’s lifelong love affair with the Ozarks was
solidified when she returned to her roots in 2016, purchasing her family home
and embracing the serene lifestyle that this paradise offers.
When she’s not busy helping buyers and sellers, Debra enjoys
exploring the great outdoors, engaging in hiking, gardening, canoeing, boating,
and swimming in the area's pristine lakes and rivers. A dedicated community
member, she passionately volunteers for local initiatives—including the Ozark
County Sheriff's Office K-9 Fund and annual programs like "Shop with a
Cop.” Debra believes that fostering community involvement is essential to
promote this shimmering slice of heaven to the rest of the world.
Debra shares her life with two lovable dachshunds, Freddy
and Fritz, alongside her grandpup, King. Family is at the core of everything
she does, and she is excited to work alongside her son, Luke Mogg, a
third-generation REALTOR®, to create a formidable real estate team. Together,
they highlight the unique charm of the Ozarks—offering homeowners that rare
blend of peaceful lake living and access to vibrant towns teeming with
